HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 22 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada & the USA.
We recommend choosing "Express Shipping" for "Rush" orders.

Returns
CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund*. ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED. Photos may be required for damaged items. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
*IMPORTANT
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned.
NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE ON RETURNS?
Yes. We currently charge a 50% restocking fee on all returns.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON SHOES AND HANDBAGS?
We will accept returns on new untouched, non-dyed shoes, with the exception of Saugus Shoes.
There are no returns on Saugus Shoes. Dyeables ivory shoes are dyed shoes and are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a 50% restocking fee that will be applied to all shoe returns. All shoe returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive email confirmation that you would like to return the shoes and you must receive a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. All return packages must have a return authorization number. All shoe returns must be returned to us 8 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. Shoes must not be worn or dyed.
OTHER MERCHANDISE
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on All Veils, Gloves, Flower Girl Dresses, Bras, Lingerie, Engravable or Personalized Items, All Custom Items, Accessories and no returns on Opened Unwrapped Products.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves ShopforBridalDirect.com. All merchandise that leaves ShopforBridalDirect.com is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know by email within 3 days after your carrier has dropped off the package. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged then we will contact the manufacturer and get new merchandise out to you as quickly as possible. If we find the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. ShopforBridalDirect.com will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. ShopforBridalDirect.com will not incur shipping or insurance changes on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
CANCELLED ORDERS
All Orders Cancelled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the merchandise purchase price. All Cancelled Orders must be authorized by email. We Do Not accept cancellations on Veils, Flower Girl Veils and Dresses, Bras, Accessories, and Shoes or Slips. All other charges are non-refundable including shipping, insurance, and any transaction fees. Rush Orders or Quick Ship Orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Orders shipped from the manufacturers stock inventory cannot be cancelled or changed. We will try to work with you on cancelled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to accommodate you. Most situations it is up to the manufacturer. Our store name has the most upfront return policy in the industry and we do not hide behind words of contradict the terms.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued in US dollars, we are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
TAXES, DUTIES, TARRIFS/BROKERAGE FEES
